Rhythm Reset: At School brings nervous system education into the classroom in a way kids actually love — through music, movement, and playful fun.
These sessions help children understand what’s happening in their bodies when they feel big emotions and give them simple tools to calm, focus, and reset.
It’s a science-backed, movement-based approach to emotional regulation — designed to build awareness, confidence, and connection from an early age.
