Then, we’ll start to rewire it using a mix of neuroscience, somatic work, and daily practices you can actually live out, not just think about.
This isn’t a “six sessions and done” kind of thing.
It’s deep, integrated work that changes how you experience yourself, your relationships, and the world around you.

What This Work Looks Like
1:1 coaching takes everything we explore inside Rhythm Reset — and tailors it to you.

Using my 3 core pillar structure - Recognise. Reconnect. Regulate, we look at how your unique experiences, upbringing, and environment have shaped the way your nervous system responds to life.
​
Together, we’ll build awareness of what safety, connection, and regulation actually feel like in your body — and create the tools to return there more easily, day to day.
​
This work combines science, somatics, and rhythm in a way that’s deeply personal and fully embodied. It’s not about learning more — it’s about feeling differently and finding your new bassline.

We’ll dig into the science so you can understand what’s happening in your body, then anchor it through somatic techniques, rhythm-based regulation, and small, repeatable shifts that create lasting change.
It’s not about becoming someone new — it’s about remembering who you were before the world taught you to be anything else.

How It Works
1:1 coaching is 6-month journey, with the option to continue month-to-month if you’d like ongoing support.
​
Each month includes:

Weekly 1-hour sessions via Zoom or in-person (West Sussex)

Personalised practices and integration support between sessions

A curated playlist to help you connect with the movement and pace of your body’s process

A PDF summary of your somatic practices for continued use at home

Journaling prompts to help you uncover where your patterns are rooted, and how they show up in your body and daily life

Access to me personally via WhatsApp for in between session support
