Payment details (processed securely via trusted third-party providers such as Thinkific, Stripe, or PayPal – I do not store your payment card details). Website usage data (collected through cookies – see Section 7)

3. How I Use Your Information - I use your information to: Provide the services you’ve requested (self-study programs, coaching, workshops, etc.) Respond to your messages and enquiries. Process payments and send booking confirmations. Share relevant updates, resources, or offers (only if you’ve opted in to receive them). Improve my services and website experience.

4. Legal Basis for Processing - I process your personal data based on: Your consent (e.g., when you sign up for my email list). A contract with you (e.g., when you book a service)/ My legitimate interest in running and improving my business/

5. Sharing Your Information - I never sell or rent your personal information. I may share your data with trusted third parties only when necessary to deliver my services – for example: Payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). Course hosting platforms (e.g., Thinkific. )Email service providers (e.g., Mail Chimp. )All such providers are required to keep your information secure and use it only for the agreed purpose.

6. How I Protect Your Information - I take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access.

7. Cookies & Tracking - My website uses cookies (small files stored on your device) to improve your browsing experience and analyse site performance. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings.

8. How Long I Keep Your Information - I keep your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this policy or as required by law.

Withdraw your consent to marketing communications at any time. Request deletion of your personal data (unless I’m required to keep it for legal reasons). What to include in the Privacy Policy

Generally speaking, a Privacy Policy often addresses these types of issues: the types of information the website is collecting and the manner in which it collects the data; an explanation about why is the website collecting these types of information; what are the website’s practices on sharing the information with third parties; ways in which your visitors and customers can exercise their rights according to the relevant privacy legislation; the specific practices regarding minors’ data collection; and much, much more.
