Using a blend of neuroscience, somatic tools, rhythm-based practices, and the joy of dancing - club-style, I help teams understand how stress really works in the body — and more importantly, how to reset it.

1. One-Off Workshop (2 Hours)

A powerful, interactive introduction to nervous system awareness.
Perfect for team-building days, wellness events, or a burst of team energy and connection.
Includes:

  • 60 minutes of guided learning and discussion

  • 60 minutes of movement-based regulation

  • Tools and takeaways your team can use straight away

2. Six or Twelve-Session Course

Following my 3 core pillar stucture - Recognise. Reconnect. Regulate, this is a deeper, progressive journey where each workshop builds on the last.
Perfect for teams or organisations ready to integrate nervous system education into their culture long-term.
Includes:

  • Six or twelve 2-hour workshops spaced weekly or monthly

  • Core topics: stress and the nervous system 101, the stress cycle & the vagus nerve, regulation in real life, releasing stored stress energy through the power of rave/club culture, and co-regulation. 

  • Movement, reflection, and real-world application in every session

This format gives space for learning, practice, and genuine behaviour change — not just short-term inspiration.

3. 2-Hour Workshop + 1 Hour Movement Only Sessions

Designed for teams who want an experiential mix of education and embodiment.


Includes:

  • One 2-hour educational workshop

  • Followed by six or twelve monthly or weekly 1-hour Movement for Regulation sessions to anchor the learning through the body

  • Uses music and rhythm-based practices to restore focus, energy, and connection
